A truly monumental structure Robin and I happened upon out in West Texas on the road to Marfa. It inspired this pencil drawing that won the top award for hand drawing in the 2014 Ken Roberts Memorial International Drawing Competition held by the American Institute of Architects Dallas Chapter.

Thank you for the kind words. Please know that I have been commissioned by Sergie Tschoban to create an artwork based on one of his buildings. He has asked a select group of architect artists to create these works,and there will be an exhibition in Berlin in January. I will place more information on the gallery and date in a few months.
